Lost...

There she was... Lost in time, tied up on herself in the middle of space. A space filled with people that belonged. But... She didn't belong. They weren't like her. She couldn't see the resemblance. She was different, somehow.
Her eyes got so easily caught up in the sky, searching for a limit that would press her closer to the ground. But there didn't seem to be any limit. All so infinite, so far... Like her soul was from her. An infinecy of feelings she couldn't reach.
She glanced at the crowd. She seemed lost. People started to starre. The girl no one knew who was, didn't know it either. All she could think about, was what she would never be able to touch. Her dreams, her feelings, the sky... All. Black.

Open office, a writer free of charge

Since the whole idea of having a blog is writing about stuff that have made a difference in our lives, I would like to introduce as my first article, the miracle of Open Office. It is a regular writer, but with one simple and important difference, it free for download, which is completely legal.
Some time ago I had to reboot my disk due to a virus' problem, and I couldn't seem to find a way of getting Microsoft Word without paying for it. My budget was a little tight, so I had to find another solution. That's how I came across, while searching the web with Open Office. Many people already know the program, because it's common for someone who has a Mac. However, Window's users don't seem to be aware of it's existence.
On the product's official website, you can find the option of downloading Open Office into your pc, completely free. Now, there is a version available for Windows, which I don't think existed before. After the download is complete, you follow the steps to the install and voilá.
But that's not all. Not only a writer, I found out it also comes with a calculator, a math program, a database creator, as well as an image editor alike paintbrush and a presentation creator and manager. Pretty much what Microsoft has, except you don't have to spend any money. It turned out just right, at least that's my opinion. Check it out for yourself and get back at me.
